Event Overview

Difony Events is designed to celebrate the festive seasons. It will showcase exclusive items from talented designers like you and include a highlight feature:

All designers must create one exclusive item for the event and provide a gift


Special Hunt

🟎 At the end of the event, a draw will be held where one individual will win 2500L, which they can spend at the event and a second individual will recieve land up to 2,500L from Zoho Islands.


Participation Requirements

To ensure the success of the event, designers must adhere to the following guidelines:🟎 Exclusive Item 🟎
Each designer must create one exclusive item for the event. The exclusive item must not have been sold or distributed before, ensuring it is unique to this event.
🟎ADs🟎 Please submit 1 AD for your exclusive and 1 AD for your gift. If ADs are not submitted by the due date, we cannot promise full coverage.🟎Gifts🟎
Designers must provide one gift to be placed at the assigned locations. The gift can be either a new creation or an older item from your collection.

Other event coverage platforms may have their own rules and regulations. Difony Events is not responsible for any restrictions or regulations imposed by these platforms, which may prevent a brand from receiving coverage.


Booth Setup & Fees

Designers must pay the event fee based on their participation level:🟆 Sponsor Fee: 1 Exclusive Item | 1 Gift | Up to 6 Old products | 100 prims | 6000 Lindens🟆 Regular Designer Fee: 1 Exclusive Item | 1 Gift | Up to 3 Old products | 75 prims | 3000 Lindens🟆 Timeliness: Booth setup must be completed by the designated deadline. Late setups may result in a 2,000L late fee.🟆 We kindly ask that all designers ensure their booths and products are fully set up, finalized, and ready prior to the official event opening time. This includes completed displays, properly priced items, gifts set to 0L, and any exclusives clearly marked. Our goal is to provide a smooth, enjoyable experience for shoppers from the moment the doors open. Failure to communicate a reasonable finish time will result in your booth being given away and no refund of your booth fee or late fee.Booth Requirements:
→ No placeholders. This means your booth must be ready for full setup.
→ No adult/explicit items: If you create any adult or explicit items, please be aware that you must put out the PG version to stay compliant with Second Life TOS.
→ Booths must be decorated in accordance with the theme. Please do not just rez your product and nothing else.
→ Each designer is responsible for setting up their booth within the allotted time.
→ Please label your exclusive clearly to avoid confusion during setup and inspection. If products are not clearly labeled, the event cannot ensure that the designer will receive coverage.
→ Be mindful of prim limits and booth space.
→ A demo area is provided and does NOT count towards your booth prim count.
→ All designers must give an ad for their exclusive item and an ad for their gift.
→ No Hover Text
→ No emitters
→ Please refrain from using anything that makes noise.

Exclusive Policy

A NEW product that is only available at the event for the entire duration of the round. This means the item cannot be sold at any other location, marketplace, or event until after the Difony Event ends.Why Exclusivity MattersDrives Traffic: Exclusivity encourages customers to visit the event, knowing they can only get the item there.Boosts Designer Sales: Unique, limited-time items attract more buyers.Maintains Event Integrity: Ensuring exclusivity keeps Difony a premier shopping experience.⮡ Enforcement of ExclusivityIf an exclusive item is found to have been sold elsewhere before the event ends, you will be asked to remove it from the other location; if it is not, your booth will be returned without a refund of participation fees.A second violation will result in a permanent ban from Difony.By participating in Difony, designers agree to uphold this exclusivity policy to maintain fairness and integrity for all participants. This policy is in place to ensure fairness for all participating designers.

Event Terms of Service

By participating in the event, all designers agree to the following terms:Exclusive Rights: Designers must wait to sell their exclusive items outside the event until it concludes.Refund Policy: Event fees are nonrefundable. By submitting your payment, you confirm your commitment to the event.Compliance: All designers must adhere to the Terms of Service and the broader platform policies (i.e., Second Life TOS). - Rez the package on the ground.
- Unpack it.
- Attach the HUD to activate your account.

Blogger Requirements and Rules

Minimum Posts:
2 posts per event and must show 5 Mandatory Products in Total.
Product Responsibility:You must blog every product you take. Failure to do so will result in:
1st offense: Verbal warning
2nd offense: Written warning
3rd offense: Termination
Photo Guidelines:Use closeup shots for cosmetics and accessories.Ensure furniture and landscape items are visible.
Photos must be well-lit, with clear quality and close camera angles.
Minimal photo editing. Keep the item true to its original look.
Creativity is encouraged; don’t replicate ad setups.
Blur or censor any adult content appropriately.
Social Media & Tagging:Share your blog post on at least two social media platforms.
Properly tag event owners and creators.
Failure to tag correctly will result in:
1st offense: Warning
2nd offense: Written warning
3rd offense: Termination
Additional Notes:You must join and use discord.You may be asked to resubmit if your photo doesn’t showcase the product well.Two rejected submissions will result in termination, but you can reapply.
